Global Missions is thankful for all who are praying and sending funds to help during this difficult time. We helped the families with basic burial costs and some of the medical expenses. The local churches are raising funds to help along with offerings being sent from the United States. Seven of the accident victims are still undergoing medical treatment, two teenagers are still hospitalized, but one victim is scheduled to be released today, March 12th. One young man had his arm amputated and is undergoing treatment, while another of the ladies is facing further surgeries. Sis. Maritza, wife of deceased Pastor Silverio, was released to home care. The doctor's advised that she may be paralyzed, but she is able to move her legs! Thank God for his touch!
Saturday, March 9th the churches in Puerto Plata, along with a representation from other parts of the country, joined together for a memorial service for the eight families of those who died in the accident. The city of Puerto Plata donated the the use of the sports complex for this occasion. Though it was a time of sadness, it was a time of victory as they died in Christ.
Despite all the tragedies, we must give God thanks for sparing over 20 people. One of our Ministers testified that although he was seated next to Pastor Silverio, who died, he landed on his feet when the truck turned over and he, his wife, and small baby were all safe!
Thank you for your prayers and help. We continue to ask for assistance for our Brothers and Sisters who were injured, as well as the families of the deceased. If you would like to help, you may give an online donation HERE. Or text "GM AID" to 85944 to donate $10.

On Sunday, February 24, a truck crashed into a vehicle carrying about twenty-five of our saints and ministers on their way home from our regional conference service in Cabia, Puerto Plata. Tragically, many were killed on the spot. On, Monday, February 25, the government proclaimed a day of mourning in Puerto Plata for the eight that were killed in the accident and those injured. Amongst those that died were Pastor Angel Silverio, co-Pastor Rueben, three Bible school students, and church members. Please pray for the six still hospitalized, two of whom are children.
The local church community is helping and we are thankful for those calling from outside the country asking what they can do in this time of tragedy. Funds are needed to help with the burial expenses, hospital fees, medicine, etc. Many of those who died were breadwinners for their families so those left behind will need help in this time of crisis. Sister Maritiza, wife of deceased Pastor Silverio, is still in the hospital and undergoing surgery for pelvic and spinal injuries and internal bleeding. Because of her husband's death she will need financial help. Another church member, Sister Mercedes is on life support and needs financial help.

The 2012 Global Missions’ General Conference service was held Wednesday, October 3rd in Saint Louis, MO USA. Missionary Charles Robinette and Ryan O’Neal gave a succinct word of the need to RANSOM the souls of this world. Thanks to the team of Rev Norman Paslay and Rev Scott Graham for their help with the offering and PIMs. Then with the incredible and frank ministry of Rev Jeff Arnold, God swept through the house with a packed altar service and many proclaimed their healing and miracles!
Three missionaries were presented by Global Missions for PIM subscription: Randy and Carolyn Adams, missionaries to Togo/Benin, Africa, Michael and Lisa Long, missionaries to Zimbabwe, Africa, and Leonard and Ping-Lan Richardson, missionaries to Taiwan, Asia. We are happy to report that all three were fully subscribed before the service Wednesday night, because of the hard work of Brother Jack Leaman and the district global missions directors in raising the needed PIMs.
Monthly PIMs totaling $10,370 were raised during the service. The RANSOM offering was a great success and $298,000.00 in pledges and cash were given during the service. The pledges will be dispersed through all six Global Missions’ regions for the work of evangelization.
The 2012 School of Missions will be held August 20-29, 2012 at The Sanctuary in Hazelwood, MO.
Twenty-eight missionary families will be in attendance this year. Please join with us in prayer that God will anoint our speakers and classes with His presence. School of Missions is a time of learning and fellowshipping with our missionaries. The Global Missions Board will also join us August 27-31, 2012, at School of Missions. We ask that you pray for the leading of God during this meeting.

During deputation in Arizona.... we visited several Pastor friends from our old home state and picked up 2 more PIMs/ $3,260 in project funds. We are currently in Texas.. (so far 5 PIMs) then off again for 2 more weeks.
Praise report about our last service: About 10 minutes after stepping into the pulpit at an old fashioned outdoor "tent service" a visitor made her way to the altar area seeking prayer as one side of her body was partially paralyzed due to a previous stroke. She was walking with a crutch and in much pain. We stopped to pray and the Lord instantly healed her! She began walking around the tent without crutches glorifying God for her healing. Another visitor came forward because she wanted to be healed of epilepsy.... she left the altar saying she was healed... but just as exciting was that God filled her with the baptism of the Holy Ghost!!! To GOD be the glory!

We love to be busy for the Lord by teaching and preaching! The altars are full during altar call and several have received the Holy Ghost in almost every service!

In the past year Ecuador held strategic prayer conferences at their campgrounds and covered the year with 4,000 prayer warriors gathering for united prayer. They have a prayer plan with all churches participating. They are close to fulfilling their first year: 335 days of prayer and each day covered with 8 hours of prayer. Pastors and churches are arriving at the grounds in buses, cars, public transportation and vans to bombard the spiritual world with prayer. It is exciting to report that over 130 have received the Holy Ghost as the power of God fell on these meetings.

At a regional camp meeting, eighty were baptized in Jesus’ name and thirty received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. In another region, evangelistic youth passed out tracts. During this past quarter, 105 were baptized in Jesus’ name, 214 received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, thirty-eight claimed healing, and two were delivered from demons throughout the country. Ten new preaching points have also been established.

We are excited to share that we have a new church started in the area of Fagagogo. This is a new area of homes where there needs to be an Apostolic, one God church! The pastor reports that new people are coming to check out their services. May great revival sweep this area.

Prayer Walk in Paris:
On Friday, January 20, 2012, we had a prayer walk in Paris. Our goal is to establish an Apostolic Oneness Church in the beautiful city of Paris. We had two busloads from the Melun church and several carloads from three of our churches in the Paris area, a total of 120 in all. We left the headquarters church at 9 pm to avoid all the traffic, got into Paris in 30minutes, which in itself is a miracle, and then the bus started to drop off a team of 2 or 3 or 4 people at each Parisian gate. There is a 35km belt around Paris with 33 gates. It takes about an hour and a half to go around the belt. That meant that each team walked and prayed in their area for one solid hour and then the buses came to pick them up. Intercession and praise continued in the bus. The testimonies and experiences of different people on this prayer walk were powerful and life changing. As we physically encircled the capital city of France, I really felt that Jesus was putting His arms around Paris and saying, I love you Paris, come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.
We believe that we made a great impact upon the city of Paris, the strongholds of Satan have come down and Jesus, the King of kings has made his triumphal entry into Paris and he will reign in the hearts of many Parisians.

Yesterday at our Maltese Language Class (Maltese is a dialect of Arabic, mixed with Italian), we learned that our teacher, Joe Gatt, attends the Millennium Chapel Charismatic Renewal Services. This chapel is in St. Julians, a key city of Malta. He invited us to come and speak to their group! We have to arrange a date. Last spring, when we were invited to preach our personal testimony in this key city in Malta, more than four hundred young Maltese people heard the One God in Christ, Acts 2:38 Message! We ask folks to please be in prayer that the Lord will place us in front of hungering hearts. It's our daily prayer.

It was a great privilege to have Reverend and Mrs Allan Calhoun join us for service in Edinburgh. We have been blessed by their ministry each time they have come. It was a great honor to have Sis Calhoun minister in our district ladies retreat.

What a time we had at National Conference 2011. The Spirit of the Lord moved in a mighty way. We rejoice with 1,693 people being filled with the Holy Ghost. His truth marches on! We were blessed by the ministry of Pastor and Mrs. Terry Shock, Pastor and Mrs. Gary Keller, and Regional Director Jerry and Vickie Richardson. One of the highlights of National Conference is the Bible School graduation. This year there were thirty-four graduates. They are now pastoring churches and we believe God has great things in store for their ministry. Thank you for your faithful support!

In August 2011, Missionary Crumpacker and I traveled to South Sudan and as a result we can report, we have now registered the UPC of South Sudan to the glory of God ! This is a major victory and we ask that you please continue to pray for this infant church in the newly formed Republic of South Sudan. We again want to thank all our partners for making all this possible.

In July 2011, Pastor Kote, Reverend Irakle Toria and I were blessed to attend the area ministers’ conference in Kiev, Ukraine. It was such a blessing to see all of our brothers representing the former Soviet Union gathered together in worship of the one true living God. Pastor Raymond Woodward, of Canada, ministered to our hearts and God renewed our strength. We were deeply touched by the worship and ministry this year, and look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

At the beginning of the month, we hosted a four day revival in the town of Cadereyta, where we've been having services on a family's front porch for about a year now. With just a speaker, a mic, and a guitar, we had the revival in a nearby park, with no tent, no lights, and just a couple of chairs; nevertheless, within those four days, over 80 first-time visitors!!! On the last day, being Sunday, seven were baptized in the precious name of Jesus. That same evening, at the local church, the Zonal Missions Director preached and four were baptized! God is doing GREAT things in the midst of all the violence in Mexico!!! Keep praying for the work in Mexico.
God bless.
