Caleb was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, in an apostolic home where his parents were very active in church. Naomi was born in Charlottetown, PEI, and later moved to North Bay, Ontario, where her father pastored. Naomi’s parents are still active in ministry today, and she credits their ministry for helping her pursue her own. Naomi and Caleb met while attending Northeast Christian College in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Caleb and Naomi Fallon both served under the AIM program in Japan in 2012. After coming home to Canada and confirming their call to missions and ministry, they were married in 2013. They served as Youth Pastors and then as Assistant Pastors at the Pentecostals of Windsor from 2014-2022. They also had the opportunity to serve on the Ontario District Youth Committee and support district events.

In addition to working in ministry, Caleb earned two degrees from the University of Windsor, one in political science and another in computer science. Naomi earned an M.Div. in Christian Counselling and is certified as a registered psychotherapist (RP). They both launched businesses, respectively, in Counseling and Audio/Video Integration. Caleb has also had the opportunity to support churches with their technical needs and training across Canada.

In 2022, Caleb and Naomi (along with their three children at the time) returned to Japan. They served under the AIM program until February 2024, when they upgraded to AMP. They served under the AMP program until February 2026, when they were approved as Intermediate Missionaries. During that time, Caleb taught weekly devotions as well as in the Bible school, and preached in various meetings across Japan, with Naomi teaching Sunday school and helping to support local ministries. Caleb also deployed a portable conference A/V solution for the Japanese national church, training volunteers across multiple churches, and has served as part of the national and regional conference organization team. The Fallons have helped to support two AYC trips to Japan. With the help of the Lord, Caleb and Naomi will plant churches and launch a regional ministry training school in the Osaka metro area, the second largest metropolitan area in Japan.
