Leonard and Ping-Lan Richardson were appointed AIMers in 1992 and served for two years in Taiwan. In 1994, they received Career Missionary appointment. They have started three churches and trained over thirteen preachers. Of these preachers, two are now pastors, one is an assistant pastor, and three have recently gone to different cities and are teaching Bible studies and having regular services. Brother Richardson is the President of the Taiwan Pentecostal Bible College, which has been in operation for over eight years. The Richardsons are working on reorganizing TPBC, translating materials from the Global Association of Theological Studies, teaching in the Bible college, and preaching special services in Taiwan and other countries.
