The Kelleys arrived in Scotland in 1984 and established New Life Church in Glasgow, which Brother Kelley still pastors. He is also the District Superintendent for the Northern District of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland. In 1998, they established a part-time Bible school and, in 2002, a full-time accredited school for Great Britain and Ireland. In 2010, Brother Kelley became the Area Coordinator for northern Europe, which includes ten countries. Sister Kelley serves as the leader of the Europe/Middle East Prayer Commission. When the Kelleys return to the field, they will continue in all of these capacities and look to training others in the future.
